Eyelid Surgery – Blepharoplasty
The natural aging process causes the area surrounding the
eyes to wrinkle and sag, making some look tired or older than
they actually are. To correct this, Dr. Marashi can remove
excess skin, muscle and underlying fat from both the upper
and lower eyelids. Eyelid surgery, also called blepharoplasty,
restores the skin around your eyes to its natural, youthful
appearance and drastically reduces signs of aging.
The incisions are hidden in the upper eyelid crease, under the
lower eyelashes, or on the inside of the lower eyelid. Excess fat,
muscle, and skin are then trimmed away from the eyelid. The procedure
lasts from one to three hours and is generally performed on an outpatient
basis. Following surgery, side effects such as dry eyes, swelling,
bruising, and sensitivity to light may occur, but will fade within
10 days. Healing occurs over one to two weeks.

Nose Surgery – Rhinoplasty
We offer advanced rhinoplasty surgery to change the size and shape
of your nose. A well-planned and well-executed improvement in
nasal aesthetics can have a dramatic impact on one's appearance.
Rhinoplasty can accomplish any number of changes, including augmentation
or reduction, removal of a nasal hump, narrowing of the nostrils,
or changes to the bridge or tip of the nose. While rhinoplasty

Chin & Cheek Augmentation
Strong cheek bones and dynamic facial contours add definition to
the face. Cheek implants can improve facial contour for anyone desiring
a balanced, stronger appearance. This procedure is especially attractive
to victims of facial trauma or those with undesirable congenital

Facial implants are inserted through inconspicuous incisions inside
the mouth, leaving no visible scars. The procedure is performed
on an outpatient basis and can last from 45 minutes to two
